1Use of the Service

You may use Rovelo to explore places and share experiences, provided that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

2User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3User-Generated Content

Rovelo allows you to submit content, such as videos, posts, and reviews. By submitting content, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to share the content.
• Your content complies with our zero tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior (see Section 4).
• Your content will be subject to review before becoming public.
• Rovelo may remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, with no prior notice.
• Content that violates our zero tolerance policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4Prohibited Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Objectionable Content: Upload, share, or distribute content that is offensive, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
• Harassment & Abuse: Engage in bullying, harassment, stalking, threats, or any form of abusive behavior toward other users.
• Illegal Activities: Use Rovelo for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Upload content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Spam & Malicious Content: Distribute spam, malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Impersonation: Create fake accounts or impersonate other individuals, organizations, or entities.
• System Interference: Attempt to interfere with, hack, or compromise the Service's operation, security, or integrity.
• Hate Speech: Post content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

5Third-Party Services

Rovelo integrates with third-party services such as Supabase and Google Places API. Rovelo is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these services.

6Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

7Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rovelo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
